- A short call with Sena. Sena, our sales director, calls you back within 2 business hours. She listens, answers your questions about your project, timing and budget, and matches you with your designer. Not a call center.
- Free in-home consultation. Your designer visits your home, measures the room and listens: how you use it, what bothers you today, what you want it to feel like.
- Your 3D design in our showroom. Your designer builds your room in 3D on the showroom screen. Walk through it and change it until it is yours, then pick every material in person.
- Your proposal. Every material and line item listed, with an allowance for anything you have not chosen yet. Nothing is ordered until you sign.
Our callback promiseOur promise: a call within 2 business hours. Requests sent Monday to Saturday before 3 pm get the call the same day. Later requests, Sundays and holidays: by 11 am the next business day.
