When do I need to pay you?

You only pay as work gets completed, so payments follow your project’s progress. Most projects start with free design consultations. After you approve the final designs, you’ll pay a 5% deposit when you sign the contract. Any design fees you already paid get subtracted from this deposit.

During construction, payments happen at key milestones. You’ll make payments when blueprints are done, when major work like foundation or framing is complete, when cabinets go in, and when plumbing and electrical are finished. Once your project is mostly done, we’ll look at any remaining work and set aside up to 10% of your total project cost. You keep this final payment until absolutely everything is completed to your satisfaction. Each payment matches real progress on your project, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
